**NOTE:
All trailers spotted in Laredo will be subject to the forty-eight (48) hour rule. Once a trailer is spotted, the receiver has forty-eight (48) hours to release the trailer as an empty to the Laredo office. The forty-eight hours begins on the first seven (7:00) a.m. after the spotting. All detention is the responsibility of the shipper, the third party, shipper agent or the Intermodal Marketing Company. Equipment use charges on EMP and NAC equipm ent will be the responsibility of the Shippers Agent unless otherwise agreed to prior to out-gate of said equipment. Detention charges will be in accordance with the Interchange agreement with the Railroads and/or Steamship Lines.
